Dr Natalie Williams. My thrid visit was very good. She explains everything so that you understand and are comfortable with your health care you are receiving She does spend the whole 15 minutes with you and listens to you! I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for more than 2 years. An amazing physician who knows her patients well and advocates for them constantly. ARC a first class health organization that continuously makes improvements for a “ patient centric frictionless experience” ! As a follow on recommendation, I have now been a patient of Dr. Williams for minimally 4 years and can only reiterate the exceptional experience, care and follow up I receive consistently. Dr. Williams listens carefully and addresses questions with clear explanations. Her calm demeanor puts one at ease. Nursing staff is professional and considerate. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. ARC overall is a good clinic experience.

Dr Williams and her team at ARC 7th Street are thoughtful medical professionals. She takes the time to listen to you (sick or healthy) and would recommend. Like with any medical office these days, it sometimes feels like it takes forever to schedule an appointment, but if you check first thing in the morning (before 9am) you can usually get one sooner (within a week or less).
